The third house, the Gresham-Kite Pilot Scholarship House was opened on August 22, 2003 on the campus of the Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers , Florida. Management of the houses is conducted by the students themselves, In this cooperative living arrangement, residents take turns planning meals, shopping, cooking and cleaning.
